How can you tell whether the Better Back Program is for you?

Some people think their back and neck problems (plus sciatica, pins & needles in the feet, scoliosis, etc) are so different from everyone else that they can’t believe the Better Back Program could possible help.

Very High Success Rate

Our files show that the Better Back Program has a very high success rate across all forms of back and neck problems.  I am excluding severe injuries here, although I know of one case at least where a client with a broken back (stable vertebral fracture) has had total relief.

Our Approach Is Very Different From All Other Methods

The design of the Better Back Program means that we should have a lot of success, because the Better Back Program approaches spinal problems for a completely different perspective. We believe that our five special routines – taking just one minute each – do something no other program does.

We believe the Better Back Program addresses a fundamental cause of spinal pain in a unique and exceptionally simple, time-saving way.

Without going too deeply into technical details here, we understand that the Better Back Program restores the all-important brain signals to the injured ares in the spine like no other routines know to us.

Without the brain signal to an injured muscle, no amount of exercising will strengthen that muscle. Yet that muscle will continue to atrophy at an alarming rate– that is, lose strength – and therefore cause the spine to be pulled further and further out of alignment and balance.

Once our special exercises restore the brain signals, the same exercises then commence the job of strengthening the muscles until they are eventually in balance along the spine.

That’s why we say that the Better Back Program must work when it is performed correctly.

Other Back Help Methods

When Should I Not Use The Better Back Program?

This is very important.

1. You cannot lift your arms above your head easily, without sharp pain
The Better Back Program routines require you to be able to stretch your arms above your head.  (But don’t think that’s all they do - far from it).
Under this circumstance, please only order the Better Back Program with the written consent of your health practitioner. Email me at armsabovehead@better-back.com and I will provide your practitioner with relevant information about the Better Back Program.
2. You cannot lift your arms above your head easily, but have NO SHARP PAIN while doing so
A number of our clients couldn’t do the full extent of the Better Back Program because they couldn’t raise their arms fully. Quite a few have found substantial relief from the complete set of routines.
So in this circumstance, I am happy to send the Better Back Program to you and have you try it out completely at my financial risk.  I would rather refund your complete investment at substantial cost to me than have someone out there suffering when they could have been helped by the Better Back Program.
3. You have a pronounced “hump” at the top of your spine and you may have been diagnosed with moderate to severe osteoporosis.
The Better Back Program is an excellent system for restoring posture, and places low to moderate stress on the spine at the top of the shoulders.
There is a concern that vertebra which have moderate to severe symptoms of osteoporosis may be damaged while you are doing the exercise routines.
