Certainly on beginning the program, attaining and maintaining correct posture will take a lot more effort than it will after even a few days into the program.

It is therefore important that people resist the urge to stop doing the exercises at all, because of the small initial effort required to gain and maintain correct posture.

But it is equally of utmost importance that each exercise is stopped if, due to fatigue, you are no longer able to perform the exercise correctly or to comfortably maintain correct posture.  For most people this is unlikely to cause problems, because each of the five exercises takes only one minute (slightly longer during the learning phase).
