What Causes Back Pain
Back pain can be caused by injury to, or dysfunction of, any of the components of the spine – bone, joints, ligaments, and muscle – or any change in alignment of the whole vertebral column.
Back strains or injuries are caused by an external stress or load that is greater than the spine’s structural capacity. Most injuries occur during a sudden unprotected or awkward movement.
On the other hand, back pain after injuries have settled is more likely to be a result of the dysfunction of one or more components. The Better Back Program is aimed squarely at resolving these dysfunctions.

Success Stories
"I made a start with the exercises and to my astonishment felt relief immediately - the SAME DAY. Bear in mind, this was after years of constant nagging pain in my lower back, right hip and right groin. None of the many treatments and practitioners of various kinds, from GPs to Chiropractors, gave the same relief as I have had from using the Better Back Program."
